If you live in Southern California, you can apply to join our peer counseling team. We are seeking people who are patient, kind, compassionate and empathetic. We are a program of Catholic Charities and are looking for volunteers that seek to further the loving and healing mission of Christ in the world. All of our peer counselors must attend six weeks of free, live training classes and two additional four hour long one-one-one training sessions to become a New Hope volunteer. Currently all of are classes are being conducted quarterly in Orange County, California. If you like helping people and are interested in volunteering for our program, please call 714-620-8810 to learn more about how to apply.
